We all kept wonderful open communication with everyone and they were ALWAYS right there for us. This entire senior living nursing home environment is truly a ‘two-way process’ (their part and family part). We were there for them for questions, answers, decisions and there were there for us with answers and help to accomplish what needed to be done. I truly truly thank them (all staff workers…ALL). They knew our family and cared for our dad. Though he’s now passed….he truly loved you guys. When mom passed, he would always visit TNC staff and in-house residents. “What I like about this facility is that THERE’S NO BAD SMELL! Having had grandparents in facilities before, I always had to force myself to go into the facilities because the smell was so bad. At Tulsa Nursing Center though, the janitorial staff does an excellent job at keeping the place clean and odor free. On top of that, the staff always seem professional and kind with each of the residents that I see on my way in. “My mother fell and broke her hip and needed skilled nursing rehabilitation. My mom was there about three months. The staff to me was impressive with experience and professionalism. Not only that my mom loved it there. She told me if I ever have to go to a nursing home, I want to go there. The thing that impressed me the most was the progress with her therapy. And the weekly meetings with the staff to keep me informed. I was up there almost every day to visit my mom and the welcome I received from the receptionist was a heart warming welcome. I want to thank everyone Tulsa Nursing Center for taking such good care of my mother.”
